  It's hard to describe how pleased I am with the decision to pick Julian's General Network for my project. The entire experience was amazing. The project was of a rather large scope: wiring the entire house with about 40 Cat6a cables, installing 10 in-ceiling speakers along with their cables in many rooms and testing multiple existing built-in speakers. All the wiring from 1-st and 2-nd floor were to be pulled into a central place in the basement and terminated neatly. The project's timeline was very rigid and constrained, as other teams were to start working immediately after the completion of the phase Julian was responsible for. Since the moment of our first communication Julian was very responsive, asked the right questions and provided fully transparent estimates in terms of cost and time. It was very easy to communicate my priorities to him and receive his timely feedback with various suggestions for improvements. He began working exactly on time and worked very efficiently, completing the project _before_ the deadline. The contractor I've hired for the next phase commended warmly the neatness of Julian's work, which along with the timely project finish allowed him starting earlier and more efficiently. During the work, several times Julian has come up with creative solutions and overall went the extra mile to make sure the end result will be to the highest standard. For example: found an (unused and otherwise broken) old central vacuum infrastructure and repurposed it as a wire conduit, removed unused coax cables and freed space for the new ones, fixed improper existing speaker wires connections with robust new ones, worked with the ISP technician to move the modem from garage to the basement. All dozens of the new and old wires were neatly organized in several patch panels, clearly marked, and now I can connect all the equipment in a matter of seconds. I definitely recommend Julian and will use his services in my future projects.

  Work done by Julian and his team was truly outstanding . He was very honest and delivered on everything he promised. All in all job extremely well done

  I have contacted General Network for a number of low-voltage tasks including several fiber runs, fiber termination to keystones in rooms and to a fiber tray in the IT rack, and many Cat6 cable runs. This is for a substantial residential location with complex IT needs.

  Julian and his team has been incredible to work with. They work quickly, patch any holes they need to make and clean up very well. All their terminations have worked well. The fiber requirements, both Single Mode and MultiMode, along with termination requirements I had were quite detailed and Julian worked thoroughly to meet all the requirements.

Very pleased with their work and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them for both commercial and residential projects.

  Julian and his team were extremely knowledgeable and hard working. We purchased a house that had unfinished wiring for surround sound and wires for speakers in almost every room. He assessed the situation and provide a clear plan and estimate for the work to be done. They spent 2+ days working through the tangled mess to create order and made sure that everything met our standards. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result! We would not only hire them again but would highly recommend them to everyone!

Thank you Julian! He installed the Ring doorbell for me last week. Everything went well and he took the time to walk me through the entire installation process and app setup.

I was looking for someone to wire house for Ethernet and found “ General Network “ glad I did, they exceeded all expectations and they went above and beyond to the extent of including for wiring a part of the house that I consider Difficult but they came through, would highly recommend them, great personality too!

  Incredible customer experience. Highly recommend. Knowledgeable courteous and creative. Solved the problems we asked them to solve and saw around corners to trouble shoot other problems we didn’t know we had. All at a very fair price.

  I cannot say enough good things about Julian! We must have had 5 different electricians or network experts trying to wire our home with both ethernet and wifi. The result was both a mess of wires and inconsistent coverage. Julian arrived, spent most of the day assessing and redoing and left a well-set-up and neatly organized system. He took the time to explain everything to us, and also to make sure he understood exactly what we needed. Our house is tricky because it is built into a rock outcropping. I’m really impressed and appreciative.

  Julian and Dennis did an amazing job of installing our 16 camera security system! They were very professional and neat with the wiring. They were also very informative and provided very good recommendations. And best of all, they left the place better then how it was originally.
